I think you will find like LEO said, there is probably 30% OOS at any given time,,,that means 70% are in service and AVAILABLE to be loaded...not that they are all loaded at the same time.....those that are loaded at any given time is probably closer to 35-45% of the fleet...CV's, Sprinter's...

When I was with Bolt (for 3 yrs)..living in Toledo, when i went back in service after being home anytime, I'd give them until noon to dispatch me, then I'd DH to Chicago, driving right past the I-69 (144) exit to Fort Wayne.....

chances are a "squealing" is the brake pad "wear indicator" it hits the rotor when the brake is applied and sometimes when the wheel is "side loaded" as when turning...thats when you need to change the pads, before they are wore bad enough to tear up the rotors...and on top of that, wheel...

Load 1 treats me as a sprinter everyday and a ST a few times a week, I have hauled more Sprinter loads then van loads and then 1-2 ST loads a week...and I still get the CV loads...right now I am on may way out of eagle pass with a load that would have to have gone in a ST 4 skids over 3400...
