I think they should put solar panels in all of the highway medians. That way they don't have to cut the grass and when a tractor-trailer flies through the median it'll be spectacular.

Which is all the more remarkable when you consider at one time Kentucky had more miles of toll roads than any other state.

The Bible is way above the understanding and reading level of a second grader, anyway.
