    Not only that , it is ILLEGAL for a provider to treat a patient who refuses treatment for WHATEVER reason! For good reason I might add! It is also illegal to REFUSE to treat a patient who requests treatment for other than safety reasons. Safety of the staff trumps everything.

    Then you are saying you would be willing to risk the life of a patient? I would not, could not, do that. It WOULD go against the oath I took as an EMT to "do no harm".
