    Rice. salsa, and some of that "pre cooked chicken in a bag" is always good...as is rice chicken and a jar of chicken gravy!!!:) Ramen noodles or rice (cooked then let to cool, tuna, mayo and pinto beans and some diced onion too...mmmm:)
