They sure seem to be user friendly. I had a similar experience with Freightliner of Texarcana TX. They were great. Iwish I could say the same about my own local dealer.

I spent some time with Express-1 and I found them to be fair with that small company feel. Even though I consider them to be fairly large, they interact with their drivers more like a smaller company. You're a name not a number.

I think maybe you ought to take a long hard look at your company. If you honestly believe dispatch is being influenced by gifts to that extent, you need to be somewhere else.
