Sitting at the yard. Did have a good round trip from Kalamazoo to Livonia back to Kalamazoo. Made the drop in Livonia, but during the reload, the fork lift driver hit the top lip of the box with one of the pallets bending it all out of shape. Doors won't close and I made it back to the yard...

Definitely. My "sales" function is to make sure that my truck and I are presentable to the customer. When the true sales force calls, the customers will remember that. Also, I never argue. If there is a problem of any sort, I call dispatch and let them deal with it. Sent from my MB860...
