Rarely do I miss with a rifle, muzzle loader or slug gun. I can't even remember the last time I missed a deer, maybe 15 years ago? :confused: Ducks I hit at about a 75% rate. Wish I had more time on the skeet range to get that number up. Pheasants about 95%. Quail we won't talk about. :(

Minimum speed laws are written for ideal road conditions. Doing the minimum speed on a foggy highway could be dangerous. Driving safely is an art. Just because a law "requires" a minimum speed does not mean it should be done at all times. Hazard lights? I don't know. Seems that more lights...

They have almost no say. Congress is not doing it's job and the FMSCA is in someone's pocket. The Administration is ALWAYS happy when ANY kind of independent business person is hurt by regulations. Anything short of taking our MRB's in the middle of the freeway will have little effect.
