    Dumb tie down questions

I am going to have to ask Morgan. I got no book with this box. I have yet to have any freight move, I guess I have just been lucky so far? I secure it to the point of sometimes making shippers mad for taking the time to do it. I use multiple bars and straps on every load.

    Obama Must Go!

This thread should be in the soapbox and I cannot move it. Bush did not start this war, we have been involved since at least 1979 when our embassy was attacked in Iran. Most likely long before that. There are not multiple wars, one in Iraq, one in Iran etc. Just as there were not 2 WWII's...

    Dumb tie down questions

Ok, I have a 5000# load. My load bars are rated for 2000# I would need 6? 3 in front of the load, 3 in back. Or, can it be a combination of load bars and straps? Straps alone for front to back control are a no no in my book. The other question, what are the walls (Z posts) of my truck rated...

Canada New Canada Rule For Tie downs

Find out who made it, that should be fun. I would hate to have to replace perfectly good stuff just because it is not marked anywhere. Dang gum load bars are not cheap. Any word on just how many trucks they are cutting seals on and opening up?

Canada New Canada Rule For Tie downs

Ok, I was looking at my tie downs, some are marked, some are not. What is the deal with load bars? I always use load bars for front to back cargo control. I never use straps for other than side to side control. None of my load bars are marked with any kind of breaking strengths etc. Are load...

The discount on the bigger tires is very good. The minor problems we have had are not worth worrying about.

    Pain and Anarchy in Haiti

Nov is not that far off, it is time to start putting as many as we can out of work. For things to change you have to change. You cannot continue to do the same thing and expect a different outcome. We, and the world, have been dumping untold amounts of money into Haiti. It has not worked...

That would be the only way. I don't even think about those loads, I have not run one in over a year. It would be a lot of DH.
