Moot, i am thinking that that 270,000 number is vehicles that run on propane..and yea that is not a large number persay, but my bet is the number of rv's running around the country far out numbers those vehicles using propane as fuel....

nice deal Cableguy!! To be honest, i never thought of adding a under the van tank, but yea i could see that as a better alternative to hauling 2 16 lb tanks inside the van...but I think I'd want a bigger tank then 10 gallons personally....but still a nice deal!!

LOL, i have to tell you, i sleep better in that bed in the van then i do in the bed in the house anymore..but the fact is i was working in the truck fixing "guide boxes" behind the wheelwells that a yahoo tore out for me last week.....:D

Leo, as far as routing, i am guessing you mean routing for trips, keep in mind that RV's carry Propane tanks all over the country everyday....I drive the tunnels all over the east coat without a 2nd thought...Oh and OVM's precaution is a good one and one i don't do often even....while it hasn't...

If you use the BIG Buddy (2 gas canisters) verses the Buddy (1 canister) you will need to have 2 canisters on the unit at all times. If you use the 20 lb tank, you will still need 1 canister (it can be empty). You Should also use the 12 ft hose and the Filter. Bulk propane has alot of oil in it...
