I can imagine - have two of my own. I haven't known anyone whose children committed suicide, but I can imagine that beyond the actual loss itself it might carry it's own particular type of baggage for the survivors, as opposed to death by an illness or accident ... No parent should ever have a...

See the definition of what constitutes a declarative sentence. Hint: Noun phrases (?) that comprise some portion of the sentence's subject don't qualify AFAIK ... Further the use of "or" would seem to indicate the possibility that the thing preceding it was declared only as a possibility ...

No - Zimmerman was found not guilty ... which only means that based on the evidence presented, the jury did not find that evidence conclusive or compelling enough to declare him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It's not the same thing as finding accusations "false" ...
