We can't hear the beep at all. This is the second unit, same problem. I have the voice off, it drives me nuts. (short trip to be sure:p) Tom says it is NOT an uncommon problem.

We cannot hear ours either. Tom said it is a common problem. No solution without tearing apart the dash and hooking it into the speakers, not going to happen, or some kind of external speaker.

Never said otherwise, but you have to be pretty bad in one or more ways to get kicked out. I can't say that I have EVER met a person of character who got kicked out. It takes a LOT to accomplish that feat.
