Wow That answers a lot of dumb experience I have had, like the dispatcher who hung up on my during a load offer for no reason. I know first hand that it is difficult to build a good dispatching team but I would have thought that these companies would have it together.

Dave Where I worked our dispatchers started at $10 an hour and that was 10 years ago. I know the place that took over the company pays $12 an hour but I guess that is because it is a high pressure job.

I think that is rather underpaid. I would think $12 starting without experience is more like it.
