Physicals for Van/Sprinter drivers are not mandated by the FMCSA, but those carriers that may requirer them are doing so to meet Insurance company request...And not all carriers require them....for van/sprinter drivers...

I talk to C&M drivers from time to time and none of them have ever said anything negative about the company...As for making money in the sprinter....you should be just fine....and as was pointed out above, you will now have more new found freedom...you can move and park just about...

Good Morning All...Tom, there are a few Casino's across the river from the "J" with alot of good food to eat!! And if you like pizza and or Iltalian food, there is a place north of town on North Barry st name Minsky's...great food and you can park the truck close.... Just finished the 3rd cup...

Who is knocking Local couriers??? If stating facts are knocking then yea i guess you have a point...but i have told more then one newbie here as many others have, "if you need to be home on a regular basis, run for a local courier, you won't make has much, but you will be home as you need.."...

Yeap, its a crap shot...but i have always done well here...and i can think of alot of other places I'd not want to spend a weekend...Besides the BP down the Street from the "J" has GREAT Fried Bologna snadwiches...he deep fries the bologna and serves it on nutritionally worthless white...

Well this is the 1st time i have had 2 days in Olive Branch without a call....Decisions..do stay here for the weekend or DH a few hundred miles to have dinner with friends by tomorrow evening.....:confused:

Most carriers want to say that they are Parteners with their O/O's, but there idea of a "partenership is like a mushroom covered in horse "stuff"..they want you as blind to their operations as they can keep you...I am very grateful that John and Load 1 are not in that boat at all....
