Likely longer than I have left! :p We also have a couple of cans of "DintyMore stew" and a few other kinds of canned meats. In winter we at a "Emergency Kit" . A hatchet. Signaling mirror. Waterproof matches. Fire starters and enough freeze dried food for a week for two. Boots, knives...

We ran 4 loads into that area. The first was 3 days before it hit. We carried supplies for a shelter that was already set up.

Never had it for breakfast, might have to try that some day. We ALWAYS carry a few cans on the truck. They are great "emergency food" in hurricanes or snow storms. Pretty good when we forget to buy anything else too!

I kinda like Spam, fried, a slice of melted cheese, a bit of mustard, not bad once in a while.
