Carolina's have been hot and cold lately. You are 6th longest sprinter at 39 hours so not terrible. But good news is we did just hire a sales rep for the Carolina's that is training right now.

I agree on freightliner dealers. The quality varies, but the abundance of them is a big help in getting parts. For instance in Detroit we have 5 dealers within 60 miles so our odds of one having a part is much greater. TA's also honor warranty on a lot of common type items like alternators...

I agree. I am partial to Freightliner powered by Detroit. I think a big part of what makes a truck "good" is parts and service options. We find Freightliner has better coverage and options than most.

Wrong, when I call in on the weekends I tell them to leave me on hold till driver calls are cleared up. The hold music is still on the new system, I am kind of a fan of the original battlestar galatica theme, lol.
