I don't think he is going to see that in a van at the Fed. But, he may be better served looking at just what the other vans are doing. Using the Fed lingo of a "C" unit would likely mean a dock-high straight which wouldn't be a close comparison to a van. Or at least I hope not.

The good news is if (and thats a big if) driver supply continues to drop, something has to give at some point. When carrier revenue starts to dip because they can't cover freight, that is probably when you will see them start to do something.
