Like I thought, report writing. I would be FAR more impressed if they picked up a shovel and did some WORK!! They don't DO, they TALK!! Lot's of fancy flow charts. NO REAL WORLD stuff. I sure hope that we are NOT wasting our tax dollars on this stuff.
