Common sense says that if you have "claimed" an intersection waiting to turn left and the light turns yellow, you still need to wait and make sure that oncoming traffic is stopping before completing your turn. But then again, not everyone has common sense.

You're going to need someone to interview and hire a security force to keep the throng of fans in line. I also think some food and drink vendors, as well as a few booths selling souvenirs would not only go over big with the fans but would also bring in some needed extra revenue.

No iPhone here. We use Sprint. We have the Unlimited Everything plan on hubby's phone ($99 a month) and 450 minutes a month plan on my phone plus we have a data card for the laptops. We've had great service with Sprint and no plans on changing.
