i can tell you that in the "auto" business, they are ordered thru the parts department..you have to have the vehicle inspected to verify the vin,and prove ownership. There is a procedure to be followed, but it isnt over the top...as i said Body shops do it ll the time. The owner of a vehicle...

I know that the "auto companies" can issue "duplicates" of them, there is always a need for them in "crash" repairs...so i would figure Frtliner should be able to issue them to you, but they would be the only one that could...

Shawn, sorry about your mechanical issues costing you a run...are you back in your Ford van ? Is the noise a "rotational" noise? Ball joints don't normally "click" ...and your Ford doesn't have CV joints that I know of....if it is a noise you hear with tire rotation, you might look at wheel...

the 4 loads above were: 1) 2 pcs 632 lbs (on 1 skid) 2) 1 pc 500 lbs (48x48x35) 3) 1 pc 125 lbs ( 40x30x13) 4) 2 pcs 400 lbs ( 2 skids 35x30x24) All CV loads that anyone could handle and none of them were cheap....and all automotuve freight...
