You know I got to say this. I do not agree that a newbie should have the ablity to start out in WG, they should earn it. I feel that if I as an owner needs to qualify to move to WG, then everyone else should, including drivers.

I guess the thing I am driving at is who overcharged it and what was done to determine that it was overcharged. you have to really overcharged the system for a 14 HP engine to slow down to the point of stalling.

How did they recharge it? Did they remove all the freon, evacuate the system and than rechaged it? or did they just checked it and add some in? It sounds like a compressor to me but again it maybe the injector pump on the engine.
