don't get it wrong, sprinters are good van, but yoi can't treat it like a Ford or GM...they requirer alot of attention and they ar expensive to operate,,call a MB dealer and get a price for a oil change... and they require a "special oil"....not just a bottle of regular 10-40 stuff....you have...

after TJP had the accident with the 2010 sprinter, between the lack of parts in this country and 3 dealers screwing up, 5 payments were made with no money coming in....

A straight 30 weight oil verses a 5-30 or a 5-40 weight..the straight 30 weight does not thin out to a low viscosity when it gets hot like the multi weights, it remains a constant 30 weight where a 5 - 30 will thin out as it gets jot...thats what the numbers mean it will never ge thinner then a...

My 05 4.8 runs 30 at and idle and 50 at 70mph...i use nothing but ams oil and their filters and change the filer every 5000 miles, oil at 20,000 Before I went with a major decision, id change the oil to a straight 30 weight and use a good oil filter, not your normal $6.99 filter but a good...
