I have to agree with most of what you said, except for the part where it is not a place to chat. I think this is what makes this site unique and almost alive compared to other sites. We are for the most part a large "disfunctional" family and I think we use EO for both good information, but...

I agree totally. I think the main problem is the states are requiring the officers to do more inspections and the officers feel a need to find something wrong. These officers are human and can't be expected to know every little law, so this is where errors get made.

I didn't know what it meant either LOL, but I don't know all the teenage texting codes out there.
