Agreed. I hate losing a good owner operator over something so simple. I guess the fact that it is so simple actually is what makes it so frustrating.

Lost a good long time owner operator today. Why? Because Load One company policy is zero tolerance on seat belt compliance. Hate losing good people but we have a strict policy on both seat belt usage and cell phone hands free usage. It's the law! Don't risk a ticket or your career.

Very true. The other problem is you see a number of expedite carriers that will bid the loads extremely cheap and then consolidate them into straight trucks or more likely semis. Great profit potential for the carrier. Now what does that do for all the small trucks down there........

It's called the market. Northbound is slow. Southbound is running hot. It shifts based on a number of factors.

I like the guy.... Has a can do positive attitude. Easy to look for the negative....

Ok we were incredibly limited in the number of mfgs that make a sprinter die cast model. Apparently they are not a huge seller. LOL

So basically you don't factor but the individual truck is paid after the customer pays? So the truck is actually carrying the receivable vs. the carrier doing it? OVM seems to have all the answers on this :confused: My other concern would be.... The insurance cert provided to the customer...
