Since anchored posts are clearly the exception, I think it has nothing to do with fairness. The post isn't some long winded story. It's solid operational info that could put a couple of extra bucks in a drivers pocket at the end of the day. It's the kind of help we're supposed to try to give here.

I can verify that I have had, and overheard, conversations with drivers from the expedite sector and general freight hauling. There seems to be a consensus that this has been a slow year for freight, be it auto or otherwise. This info would be anecdotal, but I'm trying to be objective about it.
