I must confess that I have often thought that nowadays our police should be armed at all times .... 2 policemen were stabbed in Birmingham over night - thank goodness not life threatening. As for citizens being armed, I still cannot bring myself to agree on that one.

A novel idea might be if they put forward their own manifesto and let the ppl decide who to take a jibe at :rolleyes:
