When they do that your not a contractor, your an employee. Roberts Express did away with putting people out of service, after you turned down two loads in a row. I may be wrong but I think they was taken to court over it. DaveKC and Steve can remember this.

Good post Steve. I had a truck on with TST that got .80 a mile for all U.S. miles, .90 a mile for loads going in and out of Canada. I ran alot more miles, but I still made money. Things will get better. Steve you remember how 1995 was?

I would have to agree with you Leo. All I can say is if you want to upgrade your van to a BR unit you can. If FedEx has the need to use you they will.
