Old unit, can't say we ever checked the clink since we always call it in.

We call in. IF the dispatcher says there is no such thing we inform them that there is. Never had a problem. DID have a problem once when we came back in service. The truck was in and we were not. Now we call in to make sure that WE are in service.

We have gone out of service while under load, when we are headed for the house when it is done or when we have needed a repair. We just ask them to take us out. It has never been a problem.
