With the difference in gas mileage between the two, I'd think the gas savings would pay for the payment.

E-350 doesn't have the diesel option anymore, or their vans for that matter, since the introduction of the 6.7 Ford diesel. that is why body outfitters are using the F-450 and 550 for their airport busses, ambulance, etc, to still be able to offer a diesel in what they put on a Ford chassis...
