I see the difference and agree. I would also extend that to ALL extra things that are NOT basic education. Tax payers should not have to pay for "frills". Those who chose the "frills" should foot the bill. There should, however, be "gym classes" for all ages, K-12.

OK, I get it now. My head DI was Sgt. Bell. BIG BIG black guy, HUGH voice. Great at calling cadence. VERY musical. He did a combat tour in Korea and 3 in 'Nam. He had a couple of Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star for Valor. I LISTENED when he taught. He KNEW what he was talking about.
