I would send an E-Mail to FJ about this incident. Put in all the facts you can, Names, Time of day etc. I have done this a couple of times with the J. They usually respond, depending on who is reading the mail at the moment. It wont hurt to tell them you are posting all over the Internet

I was told by a dispatcher a US driver can take one intra Canada load, then must come out. OOIDA says Canadian drivers are supposed to do the same when in the US. Feeling is they rarely follow the rules. They know enforcement is almost non existent.

With our Co (FECC), loads are offered "confirmed" or "Not Confirmed". If one accepts non confirmed the afore mentioned inconveniences may happen. If confirmed, consignee must pay detention if the driver must sit on the load.

BIG INPROVEMENT. Slight learning curve, but working great. I`m sure dispatchers love the new system being able to query 3 trucks at a time, saving a lot of time to cover the loads.
