Bentz Transport Products Closes its Doors

It opens that segment up even more to fill the gap for new builds and repairs. It won't for me, if I purchase another truck, it will be a factory sleeper with a modification done by local people who do this in the RV industry and won't go away anytime soon. You are kidding me, right Phil...

    Decison on Moderator Issue

I too am very disappointed, but this isn't my site and the powers spoke. It seems to take something that was special away from EO.

Healthcare co-ops tried before in the USA

If you read about the SF co-op, it seems to be working. People are getting care that they need and want while not costing the city much money. The trick is they get state/federal grants to run the program and the only cost to the city is the $750k that they had to pay to start the program up.

    A doctor responds to Obama's NYT op-ed

The reason I ask is that most of the doctors actually say where they are from and what they practice to add credibility to their position.

Obama fighting for his presidency, not reform

What?!? Get real.... He isn't fighting for anything, he has a congress that is not lame and his presidency is in his first term. He isn't facing a hostage crisis or runaway inflation or a energy crisis right now but made crisis' like health care, union issues and GM. He isnpt repeating...

1.4 million companies could go under

What is the normal amount of business failures in the country? Why are they counting GM and Chrysler? They received special treatment and it really wasn't a Bankruptcy.

Bentz Transport Products Closes its Doors

Actually Layout, AB were the ones who sold me the parts for the bentz sleeper I own, they answered the phone, took the time to talk to me, when I showed up unannounced they were patient with my dumb questions and so on. People have good luck with Bentz, like you have had bad luck with AB it just...

    Instrument cluster problem

I'm sorry, I read mercedes three times and didn't think - too much going on. The m2 is a multiplexed electrical system that has if I remember right the Bulkhead Module connects everything to everything else and if it is like the one I worked on recently, the instrument pod only connects to...

Bentz Transport Products Closes its Doors

Well that's too bad for the employees but if they were open since '93 and I have one of their product built in '99, then they should have been out of business in '00. Poor workmanship can always be overlooked when customer service is good but not replying to questions, acting as it was a...

    Rules For Radicals Backfiring??

Layout, you are missing the point, it has nothing to do with convictions but timing and leveraging other people to get your point across. Just watch some of the news and see what is repeated and how the words are repeated on the news.

    Rules For Radicals Backfiring??

I think that many of you are forgetting a bunch of stuff. First off one of the biggest problems that most of the 'conservatives' have is flexibility. They don't understand how to change, how to become a chameleons to get the point across. Second their message, is not drummed over and over...

    Overhead Costs

OVM, this is Occupational Health Insurance, workman's comp, not health care. E-1 is offering group rates that with the right lawyer, makes you an employee seeing that is something that is offered to employees as a normal part of business, not contractors.

    Do You Have An iPhone?

Lawrence, I assume that means in a format that can be used on the iPhone? Doesn't EO use other mobile web formating? iPhone is a good thing but there are other phones out there and for the money you may be spending, the users may be limited where as many of us use other devices. Another...

I pay $14.50. That's about right. Last carrier was on a sliding scale, the more work, the more money it was.

Looking for sprinter owner to drive for....

Don't take my reply personal....but..... Yea, and? your point? It is a pain everywhere but it is somewhat of a needed thing in this business. But unfortunately one of the easiest licenses to get, it is too easy as far as I am concern. When I had my little fleet, I would not even consider...
