1200-1300 sounds about right..now I've got a tip for you. Buy one of those scales that's to the tenth of a pound and weigh in every morning. When you see it start dipping it's one heck of a motivator. Even though I'm not religious on nutristystem now, if I see the scale tipping in the wrong...

and five more quarts are bubbling away in the water canner. A couple of jars look really unique because they have some of the heirloom tomatoes in them..one is yellow and orange and one is yellow, orange and green striped..:)

and I have another sink full of ripe tomatoes that need canning!:) time to get er done..

The leeks are cleaned and chopped and headed to the freezer..only 5 bags worth..enough for 5 makings of potato leek toup. I will have to plant more leeks next year! I understand they are quite pricey in the grocery stores????

and I'm happily taking in some slacks that wouldn't fit before!:D
