I would be one of the folks about to give up on the prospect of real dialogue in this forum, because of the lack of maturity and/or civility on display. I can't help but wonder whether those who contribute mostly snide comments [here and on other forums] aren't actually hoping to drive new folks...

It could absolutely affect one's career - but the violations aren't criminal, and therefore not a violation of the Constitution. I don't like it either, but 'unconstitutional' isn't going to get anywhere.

It sounds like you're doing very well, but I'm curious: how did you arrive at a 300 calorie count as appropriate for a meal? I could be wrong, but it doesn't sound like enough for a grown man, and if you feel hungry after those meals, it will be hard to stick to it....:confused:

If that's not over the top hyperbole, the thing don't exist. PS Absolutes rarely exist either, and using them erodes credibility. Using little else eliminates credibility, if credibility is what's wanted.
