Turtle's response to Aristotle was after several requests from Turtle and myself went unanswered - but the posting of confidential information, followed by a mudslinging campaign certainly qualifies Aristotle for the appellation, IMO. Unprovoked, it would have been a different kettle of fish.

The burden of proof lies with the accuser, not the accused. If you claim I did it, it's up to you to provide evidence of my guilt. Until you do, I remain innocent of the charge[s].
I'm ready when you are......
Here's another [because I can't find them, lol]: CD cleaners. I can't remember who handed them out, and I didn't even know what it was for awhile:o [looks like an oversize guitar pick, with sponge pads in the center of triangular plastic pieces], but I got a lot of use out of it, until it got lost.
What I know is that sometimes, folks are provoked into a rash and/or rude response, in which case, it's understandable. I'm taking baby steps, in responding to unprovoked rudeness here. [Particularly repeated and unprovoked, which is the case with DD vs Witness23, IMO.]
If you can provide...
No, they aren't - they just require effort, and it's so much easier to be snide, sarcastic, and childish instead.
Appreciate the effort to introduce something other than the usual here.
As you seem to be unaware, I'd point you in the direction of EO's Classified ads, which include a category for 'Drivers Wanted', and wish you luck - it's not easy to drive team with a relative stranger, I know.
'Ignore' being the cyber equivalent of putting one's head in the sand, I regret that I am incapable of accommodating your suggestion.
Nor can I reconcile the request to be ignored, with the act of posting on a public forum. Honorable folks are prepared to defend their words, and reply to...
I would be one of the folks about to give up on the prospect of real dialogue in this forum, because of the lack of maturity and/or civility on display.
I can't help but wonder whether those who contribute mostly snide comments [here and on other forums] aren't actually hoping to drive new folks...
It could absolutely affect one's career - but the violations aren't criminal, and therefore not a violation of the Constitution.
I don't like it either, but 'unconstitutional' isn't going to get anywhere.
Sounds just like one of my brothers, lol
Nobody here has ever gotten drunk & picked a fight with me [that I know about], asked to borrow money, or wanted to move into my place, which makes it a better family than some, eh?
Welcome! :D
I've never had much use for people who break their marriage vows, but still feel it's no one else's business, except the couple themselves. When other Presidents did it, no one made an issue of it, eh? Characterizing him as a pig is not even remotely reasonable, IMO.
As far as leadership, I...
Awww, isn't that sweet? :D
Seriously, when we were batting the idea of the soapbox around, I was hoping that it might show folks that "the other side" isn't all horns & forked tails. In some respects, it's working. :)
Though I'm still wondering about some guys I've never seen without a hat...
"All in your head" is great, as that's where the battle is won, lol.
BTW: I've never bothered much with the scale, I know how I'm doing by how my clothes fit [no fair buying new ones till they get too big, which they rarely do] and by how I feel.
Keep it up, and you'll feel wonderful!:)
It sounds like you're doing very well, but I'm curious: how did you arrive at a 300 calorie count as appropriate for a meal? I could be wrong, but it doesn't sound like enough for a grown man, and if you feel hungry after those meals, it will be hard to stick to it....
If that's not over the top hyperbole, the thing don't exist.
PS Absolutes rarely exist either, and using them erodes credibility. Using little else eliminates credibility, if credibility is what's wanted.
Some good ideas there, but [you knew there'd be a 'but', yes?:D] seems to me the main problem is that 90% of the moderating is done by 10% of the moderators.
The rest of the mods are largely MIA - capable as they are, it doesn't work if they don't [for whatever reason] actually do anything like...
