Since the main ingredient is vinegar, it suppresses the appetite. One swallow before meals helps a diabetic from over eating.

and the latest...home made tomato soup..sprinkled it in that for a good zippy taste! I'm on the roll with it now.... and it's also pretty good on popcorn!
