You are right we are spoiled and the best part is we know it! The rice cooker is not 12 volt and Bob has said it really does not hit the batteries to bad. We have an inverter and a generator so I only buy electical appliances.

We have a electric rice cooker in our truck and have found that it is also great as a spaghetti cooker. The eclectic rice cooker heats the water a lot faster then a microwave does. We have found our rice cooker will have just as many uses as the crock pot. Now we need something for our garlic...

NYC hands down. We would like to go see some shows and also Times Square and the list goes on and on. What fun it would to go there with plenty of money and not have to worry about the truck. Someday we will be able to do that. It is on our long list of to do's

Dont forget to figure in all of the extra costs of running a semi compared to a straight truck. Taxes, insurance and tolls ect. Packmule is exactly right on the bottom line is the figure you need to know.
