5/13 Reseeded the cucumbers. One hill of squash is bubbling up but still no sign of the green beans or the kale. If today's heat and tons of water don't push them up will reseed those again soon. My horseradish is coming on strong too. First gladiola poking thru the ground and so is the white...

It's going to be a hot one here today...92..but the ac's are in and functioning quite nicely!

I'd rather use them like at a walmart..they're quicker usually and for the most part I think they don't have the impulse items and candy.

g'morning dear...it's warmer here than there but that temp is dipping a little too close to freezing tonight..covered the mandevilles last night.

took a few springtime pictures after I mowed...The apricots are blossoming, the rhubarb is coming up, daffodils are blooming and the lilacs are budding out. The second photo is my peonies, daylilies and purple hyacinths.

and it's time to haul out the lawn tractor..it's waving in the wind! :)

The apricot trees are blooming this morning and we have a new resident on the bird feeder...anyone know what kind of bird this is?
