Well GM didn't stop me picking up and delivering with a 1989 IH and 1995 GMC for the past three months. Made two Ford deliveries a few weeks back at the Rouge, used the IH both times and not a peep out of them. Is this a plant specific issue?

Cheri, we're talking about FedEx, I've been called every quarter for 4 or 5 quarters in a row and each time I was told it was random but found out otherwise. Layout - ask your CC or the safety department and get a name.

So what does FedEx have to do with it, that's an install issue and the vendor that put the stuff in needs to pay for the repairs.
