Sounds like the paperwork wasn't correct coming from the shipper. Do Panther drivers fax their own paperwork to the brokers or does Panther do that? I ask this because recently the Fed changed their policy on this and we now fax our paperwork to them and they fax it to the broker.

Can you contact the broker and see if maybe they need additional paperwork faxed or other than that maybe they would know why he's not clearing???
