    It would be great IF:

I think it would be great if we could see everything going on. Trucks, equipment, qualifications, etc. Seeing what was in bound into an express center would be really cool too. But IF you had all that info you might not take that load they need covered heading to LA if you knew there were 5 TVAL...

    Companies Catering To Large Fleets!

If I had 100 trucks I would try to negotiate some preferential treatment. But I don't think I would get any. When we drove a red KW we never got any special treatment.

    Caffee's Cascadia

We really like it. Didn't take that long to get used to it. No issues with the steering. We have a Hendrickson front axle. Steers have 100,000 on them now and should go way past 200,000. 2 alignments and 2 rotations plus fairly new shocks. Truck has 757,000 miles and going strong.

    Garden Corner 2011

We did it 2 years ago and it worked great. Horse manure isn't as strong as cow manure which I think is .5 .5 .5. Plus we have lots of it available for free. (3 horses)

America needs a candidate with this platform!!

I like #6. I think that everyone who wants to receive welfare should have to take a drug test before they are issued a check. We have to be available 24/7 to take one. This would also be a good idea at the drivers license office too.

    Caffee's Cascadia

Our Columbia is double framed and we have air bags on the front axle. Did you get them on your new truck? Sure smooths out the ride except for the worst bridge joints.

    Garden Corner 2011

Once upon a time our well handled all the water needs for a 2000 acre horse farm. It comes directly from an underground feed to the Ichetucknee River Spring system which is part of the Florida aquifer. We get natural spring water for free. We could have a nice little farm if it weren't for my...

    Garden Corner 2011

We planted 5 better boy tomato plants in a 20 gallon bucket full of horse manure. Does that count as a garden? Also mowed 7 acres. Spring comes much earlier down here. High today was 91. And no rain in 2 weeks.

    done with FedEx Custom Critical

According to Schneider's web site they pay $.90 plus FSC for all carrier directed miles, loaded and empty. Plus free Qualcomm.

    done with FedEx Custom Critical

The flat rate program is a sliding scale based on number of miles dispatched in a calender month. I believe it is all miles paid starting at $.90 a mile and going up to $1.25 plus FSC, currently $.4833. So a solo can make $1.38 to $1.73 for all miles. The three I have talked with all said they...

McDonald,s Hiring 50,000 Workers in One Day

A neighbor of mine from my youth has only worked for one company in his entire life. He started at McDonald's in high school as a burger flipper and retired as the Dean of McDonald's University. And he bought a lot of stock along the way.

    done with FedEx Custom Critical

Does jumping from one carrier to another really make that much sense? Especially if you are making good money. Every time you sign on with a new carrier you have to go to orientation, have a new Qualcomm installed, change your logos and learn a new system and freight hot spots for that company...

Vicious Storm; Are All Expediters Well?

We saw it all on the news as we are at home taking a much needed break. A lot of damage, death and destruction across the storms path. The weather has been beautiful here in north Florida. High around 80 and just a little rain on Friday.

    Do you run a Quad/ATV?

We used to have a Kawasaki 700 Sport, Yamaha Grizzly 660 and a Kawasaki Prairie 360. The Yamaha was totally unstoppable in any situation. And it never got stuck or broke down. I think they make it in a 700 now and I would recommend the Yamaha in a heartbeat.

TA Ontario Ca, New Rules and fees

We always hated that place anyway. The train blasting it's horn every 18 minutes was enough to drive us crazy.

    Are You Enjoying Spring?

You can tell it's spring because all the rest areas are full of motor homes and RV's. Do they really need to put the slide outs out, taking up two parking spots?

Scooter that doen't want to start

Have you checked to make sure the fuel line is turned on? I once wore out my arm trying to pull start a gas powered air compressor that I had turned off the fuel line.
