Unfortunatly the newer drivers ran out of class along time ago. I would send an e-mail to his company via their web site. I wouldn't tell them the whole story I would just tell them how he confronted you and your wife and that you didn't appreciate their company hiring potentially dangerous...

If you get a single axle and run it for a year than ad a drop axle you won't have to pay the extra fed excise tax, or heavy use tax some call it one thing others something else. Anyway if you get a class 8 you will pay that tax. Now that's if your buying new only because it's a one time tax...

I closed my two accounts @ BOA and now just signed a contract to refinance my house from BOA to another lender. All with a local bank. I have another mortgage contract with BOA on a rental that I am negotiating on a sale with so I'll be finished with them. ;)

You really hit the nail on the head as far as people overloading Sprinters. Saw one the other day loaded so heavy the back end was swaying back and forth, and driving about 45 mph on the interstate. I bet 50% of the operators on the road haven't got a clue about maintenance or wear and tare.

At that rate I wouldn't bother doesn't matter who they are.:)
