Bad or dirty contacts at the multi-level turn signal switch. Outside of replacing it, you can take the turn signal off and use dielectric grease on the contacts. A lot of the time, dealer will replace the switch but never clean the contacts that it plugs in to.

It is likely one of those things that won't likely change. We have spent billions on the "war on poverty" and very little has changed. I would say in some areas, it has been worse.

Probably would make sense to address why the majority of crimes in Ferguson are committed by blacks. Law enforcement is really only a small part of it.
