I purchased the transportation package AT&T offered a year or so ago and I had it for two months. What a bunch of loosers. Nothing worked for myself or my drivers. I don't understand how they can advertise that they are biggest and fastest when it's not true.
Anyway, all my drivers and myself...
My father (who is now passed) birthday is June 6th. On June 6th 1944 he was dropping bombs on Germany from his B-17. He used to talk about it being his best birthday ever, hitting a ball bearing factory in Schwenfurt (can't spell it) Germany. It was part of a diversion for the D-day invasion...
I delivered a load of Fireworks to South of the Border the other day and right smack in the middle of the driveway was a bottle full of what looked to be orange juice with a Wal Mart bag right next to it. Do you recon he or she hovered in the sleeper?? Oh my I can't believe I wrote this.
Two cents worth. I don't care if the Mormonism's, Cathlocism's, Pentelcosism's (??) and the rest of the ism's win the white house, just as long as Rev, Wright-ism and O'bama-isms loose. Thankyou for letting me vent.
Ya know whats funny about this. Drinks cost about 5c per drink to McDonalds and the rest. Do they care? No! Just give two for one. He hasn't accomplished a thing.
My first job pumping gas at a Cities Service. High test 29.9. Paid 50c an hour. Those were the days. That was three blocks from Wrigley Field. Get out of work and go to a game, get in for 25c.
We haul hazmat everyday with a cargo van, TT, and ST. MSDS goes with every load unless it's required to have an emergency response sheet instead. C/Van or any other mode of transportation all require the same paperwork.
I should ad that MSDS and or Response sheet is furnished by the shipper...
Just read an article by the CEO. They are offering a Diesel engine and a new transmission in 2013 models. You probably already know this but thought I would throw it in.
On the other hand it will probably cost $80k and parts will be twice as hard to find. That's just a punn from me. LOL!
Estes is not a union carrier. Drivers for large carriers such as RCR will be looking to get their pay increased when the economy gets stronger. They took a pretty good hit on the last contract just to keep RCR in business. Yellow freight almost bit off more then they could chew when they took...
If you don't have the proper drill for drilling frames and the proper alignment lasers then I would suggest a pro. If the axle is just a 1/4 of an inch out of line you will pay for it in tires alone.
Just a suggestion.
