I think that as long as there is some apologetic gesture made, we should be ok :D

    AnyTime Fitness Thread

I just searched again for an Android app with no luck, but I did find a generic health club locator app that looks workable. I downloaded it and immediately found the atf near where I am now...so that'll do

    AnyTime Fitness Thread

I have actually seen a couple of their facilities lately by complete accident. Both times I had just pulled into an open parking area after delivery and was surprised to see an Anytime Fitness. The first one was in Marysville, MI (near Port Huron). It had ample parking available in a fairly...

    The 1000 Mile Load

Then you have a very good deal going. Your also clarifying your business model up front which prevents any misunderstanding. As long as the business model is explained, I take no issue with it. It can then be discussed in fair and real terms. With all that said, I do have a few questions....if...

    Dot regulations

There are quite a few dually's pulling campers still. I see 'em all the time. They are easy to overlook, but they are out here. I'm parked at a walmart right now with 4 of them. One is a gooseneck and the others are bumper hitch. The OP seems a bit determined to do something with a van/trailer...

    Dot regulations

Exactly! Once you break the 10,000# threshold and have to log, all benefits of anything less than a straight truck for expedite or dually with a gooseneck for flatbed work are very, very questionable. People arent using straight trucks and dually/goosenecks because they are status quo. They are...

    Generator Mounting Options

That is more than likely Guido. I would rather have the weight on the front. At least with my van, if you put it on the scales and compare axle weights to capacities, the front axle is where you have capacity for extra weight. Along with the fact that nearly all of my loads are either centered...

    Generator Mounting Options

I agree....something simple should remedy the problem. Last I heard Guido was going to use double brackets or something. Ive seen several set up on the front. It is one of the nicer setups imo. Obviously air flow concerns and, imo, aerodynamics.....but Guido says he has no problems with either.

    Generator Mounting Options

Guido has the front mount on his Ford Spartan body van. I like his setup alot. I would talk to him about it. I know he had one center mount reciever and it would rock side to side some. He was planning on changing it up a little bit to stabilize it. With that improvement, it would be a nice setup.

McAllen TX border patrol , big rig.

I was parked behind the fuel island at the Love's truck stop just north of McAllen one day and watched two illegals crawl under the air dam on a truck sitting at the fuel island. The driver was inside the building. I went inside and found him. He run run 'em off and the guy at the fuel desk...

    Comdata

My guess would be the extra $1 was needed to cover the cost of processing all those checks to contractors. You know.... you just can't expect the carrier to incur such clerical costs. That is never a normal part of doing business. Direct deposit into my checking account sure does seem to work...

    Dot regulations

This is a great post. I admire a ground breaking idea as much as anyone. For me though, I reserve that admiration for ideas with quite a bit more upside potential than that of "what is a better way to do cargo van expediting?".
