Well the guy who does orientation is full of corny jokes.

The key to surviving panther's orientation is to drink plenty of coffee to keep yourself up. Bring your own lunch because there food is not the best, unless you like the taste of cardboad tasting burnt pizza. Oh and one more thing, just to make yourself laugh @ the corny jokes you will hear.

It sounds like they babysit their drivers:thumzbdown:. Telling grown people to pick up trash from the floor and make up their beds daily, that is common sense and I would get offended if they told me to do something that I do on my own. Oh I forget that some people like living in filth and need...

Since expediting has left a bad taste in my mouth, I am thinking about upgrading my class b license to a class a so I can start driving the 18 wheelers. Why go through that drama? Do what I did and run like hell from panther.

It didn't take me long to figure out how full of $h*t panther is. After 4 months, I left them and I am now working for a different company that is giving me more miles and pays me after every delivery.

And if you talk to some of his ex drivers, they will confirm all of what I've said.

He is the owner of hwe. He offers bonuses and never pays them and he doesn't pay his drivers for their work done. This is why he posts ads on craigslist like crazy, he can't keep drivers long enough to keep the seat warm. To all who are interested in hwe, run forest runnnnnnn!

I agree with you on that. Been there, done that and I don't evere wanna team again!

So what you're saying is that expediters make more than truckload drivers?
