I'd prefer my O/Ops to call dispatch if this happened and let us contact the customer and sort it out. Really that is the only logical choice IMO and with all due respect dispatch should be in a better position to pull the contract with the customer to see if there is a clause for pallet...

It will pick back up in a month or so once the plants on North America can retool and make some of these parts. I see it as a good thing for expedite in the long run. Fuel going sky hi, hopefully they will just keep making the parts here long term.

I think it has affected expedite Freight has been a little slower and rates depressed because of the extra capacity IMO. I see more trucks sitting then I have in a while.
