Fedex will give you 90 days to get your hazmat plus I spoke to few o/o with Fedex and all said they can't hire me unless I have the hazmat.

I always try to stay at truck stops as much as possible but if there none close Ill park at Walmart or any area I can find a spot. I always find a t/s during my pre trip planing and in most cases there a t/s within 50 miles sometimes I drive the 50 miles if I had too,better safe then being sorry...

Thanks I'm looking into Express-1 but was told they run on paper but I just spoke to a Express-1 driver they do run on e-logs too. I got another month to go to get that 6th month exp so I'll give them a call soon. Thanks

What companies only required 6 months of expedited experience to be hired? And besides Panther what other companies that run on E-logs? Thanks

Wondering how other Panther drivers get a load out in a bad area,been sitting 3 days now on a board with daily load only 1. I know it's the holiday weekend but sitting these bad areas how do you get loaded out? How long do you sit waiting for a load?

After speaking to the owner and getting more info,ill get .85 cpm + .35 cpm in fsc so its $1.20 per mile.Truck is getting $1.85 cpm because its a refer ST,owner earns .55 cpm.After looking into it and doing some math,I think its a far deal.Also this will be team operated.

Panther I spoke to the fleet owner tonight and got more details,I pretty much found my answer but opinions still welcome.

Looking at a fleet owner offering .80 cpm for teams and we pay fuel but keep 100% fsc.Does this sounds like a good deal or not?I always was told stick with the % pay but it seems more fleet owners are going by the mile pay now,some will say its the same but I don't know.What's your opinion on this?
