    I never drove out side the lines myself but its tricks like if you get to the cosignee the night before and can sleep on site. Mark the delivery that night so you can deliver anytime and not start the clock.

    Well i got bored staring into darkness - poker seemed like a good choice :( On the Fl70's and newer trucks I put them in the over head compartment somewhere or under the passenger seat.

    Well I never had an issue with the hard drive but if your truck bounces a lot, look into getting a laptop drive - more durable and not much more expensive.

    When I drove I just split the net income after expenses, paid us both out of my company I had set up. Company takes all deductions, tax breaks, etc. Now I'll never say what we got was what the company said they paid us...

    Go check out Fyda in Columbus, Oh. We get a real commfy seat for our M2, but just needed a $100 bracket. Not bad figuring how on uncomfortable factory seats are.

    Well it's been awhile since I've driven BUT last time I was in the area I got a mini that paid $60 base and $15/mile FSC, 1 mile DH, 4 mile run! Ready Now deliver asap - $120 for 25 mins of work not bad.

    Hi! I drove for a owner from Jan 06 to Jul 06 and the truck grossed about $70,000, I as a contractor got about $40,000 of that. The owner and I had a dispute and he still owes me $7,000. Last week i got my 1099 from him, he only put on there that he paid me around $7,000 then I get another one...

    Forgot to add, Mexican companies can only deliver to a US town and return to Mexico they will not be able to do interstate transport, so basicly all this means it the start of the end for border town warehouses.

    Now i've heard that in return for allowing Mexican compaines in, US carriers get to operate in Mexico. This would be VERY good for expedite as a lot of auto companies are moving plants there, no more dropping the load of shocks at Laredo, now you get to take them the extra 500 miles to the plant...
