I do not add the layover pay to make my all mile pay look good. The fact that I do not drive all over the place, trying to be first out, driving less miles overall makes my all mile pay look good.

I believe all monies made should be figured into the all mile pay formula. If not, where would you put that money at?. Since our income is mostly generated by the miles we drive in a sense.Regardless, layover pay is minimal, but appreciated in my book. Gold rewards money I do not fugure into...
