I find it humorous on how some people will come on here and tell you, "this is a business and not a job" but if you try and run your business to make a profit, you are a "cherry picker". So what are we supposed to do? Take all runs that are offered, just to help Panther get all their loads...

Panther really needs to put a freeze on their hiring for awhile but you know they won't!! You always hear the same story on how there are never enough trucks in service to cover their loads. Maybe, just maybe, if they would keep the driver's busy that are out here, they may stay in service...

Panther was very good about everything, even when we had to sit and wait for Jim to get his 10 hour break in. (the hospital would not release me to drive) Now we are home so I can see my doctor for follow up and get my release to drive the truck but that did not stop me from taking the pickup...

I would just like to thank the Elite dispatcher's for all their help on Tuesday night, when Jim had to take me to the ER. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of so we did not have to worry about a thing. Once again, thank you for all your help and concern:):)

Why do some driver's feel the need to ask for a 1st out with each and every load? We have heard of driver's asking for a 1st out, with a load that is paying over 1000 miles, just because they feel they are going into a bad area, such as Laredo and Dallas. And some driver's are actually getting...
