When we were with Panther, we never had a problem getting out of NE PA, it was getting back home that was the problem.:p:p Seriously, from what I have heard from other Panther drivers, they never had a problem getting loads in and out of the East Coast.

Phil, You are right, this decision was not made lightly. It was very hard to decide to leave Panther, they have been good to us. To answer your question, we will still be running our truck but it is not really considered expediting but more specialized freight.

I would have to say our mileage was down but the money was better!

We don't run for any fleet owners but if we did and it was ever suggested that we take a cut in pay, in order for them to maintain their business/lifestyle, we would be looking for a fleet owner that does not live beyond their means and has quality equipment. But that is just our opinion!

If I understand you right, you would like to have your driver's take a cut in pay, so your profit margin stays acceptable. Good luck with that!
